Your role will include:

• Performing due diligence commercial building inspections
• Conducting capital replacement studies
• Conducting reserve fund studies for condominium corporations
• Conducting energy audits on commercial properties
• A mix of field and office work

We are looking for unique engineers with:

• At least 3 years of commercial property condition assessment experience
• Preferably a background in Civil or Structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer designation
• A broad knowledge of commercial and industrial buildings
• Good report writing and computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
